The 2015 Minnesota National Girls and Women in Sports Day award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at the Minnesota History Center from 12-1 p.m. Some of Minnesota’s most inspiring and influential student-athletes, coaches and athletic leaders will be recognized. Directions to the Minnesota History Center

From the West: Take I-94 east and exit at Kellogg Blvd/Marion St. Turn right and this will be Kellogg Blvd. Drive through the stoplight at John Ireland Blvd. Turn left using the next available left turn lane, and into History Center entrance drive.

From the East: Take I-94 west. Exit at Marion St. and turn left on Marion, crossing over I-94. Follow Marion St. and it will turn into Kellogg Blvd. Drive through the stoplight at John Ireland Blvd. Turn left using the next available left turn lane, and into the History Center entrance drive.

From the North: Take I-35E south to St. Paul, and follow signs to I-94 west. Stay in the right lane on I-94 west and exit at Marion St. Turn left onto Marion, crossing over I-94. Follow Marion St. and it will turn into Kellogg Blvd. Drive through the stoplight at John Ireland Blvd. Turn left using the next available left turn lane, and into the History Center entrance drive.

From the South: Take I-35E north and exit at Kellogg Blvd. Turn left onto Kellogg. Halfway up the hill, turn right into the History Center entrance drive.


Public Transportation
Bus routes that stop near the History Center include the 16, 21 and 94. Please visit the Metro Transit website for detailed information.

Parking
The parking lot at the Minnesota History Center is available to building visitors, members, and the general public when spaces are available. Enter off of Kellogg Boulevard.

Daily parking is $5. Members receive a discounted rate when they show their card. Event rates may apply for special programs or when events occur downtown.

Limited handicapped parking is available free of charge (with permit) at the parking meters when you pull into the History Center drive. Additional handicapped parking is available for a fee in our parking lot.
